- 2 egg yolks
Preparation:
Chop onions and fry in a skillet with butter. Remove them and fry the meat on each side, cook for 10 minutes over low heat and add the onions for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Book. Unroll the puff pastry. Depoe paste on each two slices of ham and 100 grams of cheese. Add salt and pepper. Y a net drop in each paste, and sauce with onions. Fold the dough around the meat and close with the egg yolk and brush.
Bake 45 minutes at 200 ° C.
