Ingredients:

Prepare all ingredients.
Place water, butter and salt in a saucepan on the fire.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add the flour all at once.
Mix with a wooden spatula, taking care not to leave any lumps.
A paste called "pap".
Dry out the bread soup on the stove, stirring with a wooden spoon until it comes off the sides of the pan and it forms a ball.
Rid cold in a container and let cool 5 minutes.
Add eggs to 1-1 with a wooden spatula. At first, the egg is hard to incorporate but gradually, it blends perfectly with the bread soup.
Add remaining eggs 1 to 1.
The choux pastry is ready for use.
Prepare and bake on greased baking sheet.
